I’ve spent over 15 years working in Human Resources across a range of industries, including education, manufacturing, agriculture, and retail. I’ve worked with organizations of different sizes and stages—so I understand how different the challenges can look depending on where you are.
I hold a Bachelor's in Human Resources and an MBA, and have built my career around supporting leaders through the real, day-to-day realities of managing people and moving businesses forward with strategic insight.
What matters most to me is being someone you can call when something feels unclear, knowing you’ll get honest input, practical guidance, and support you can actually use.
